"We would stay here again"

We loved the breakfast, pool, and pool table!

The hotel was noisy- we could hear neighbors toilets flushing and people walking above were loud

We liked this hotel very much. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast every morning that they made. Very reasonable price. Very convenient location, close to everything we did. Very comfortable bed. Room was very clean.

Some of the staff were rude, the rooms are very small, not a great value compared to other hotels in the area.

Went to check in and couldn’t get into my room, the door lock was dead and took over 10 minutes to get the lock changed due to only one person working the front desk. I had to wait for the staff to check other people in before I could be helped. Also because of having to wait it caused my daughter to have an accident and peeing her pants. This was our first trip as family and will be the last time we will stay at that location or at a Hilton brand hotel

"Mixed feelings"

The location was excellent. The cook took pity on me and made me a breakfast sandwich with before dining hour

The evening clerk couldn't find my reservation, charged me full price.. Had no idea the breakfast hours are later on the weekend.

It was quite and pleasant

My $100 hasn't been refunded yet been 5 days. The day after Christmas the room wasn't fully cleaned by the maid.
