Front desk clerk was not well trained. Was not able to check in to reservation. When told I was being charged for incidentals was actually charged for 2 night stay. He was unable to fix. My card was charged for a total of 3 nights.

Great location, rooms and common areas very clean. Staff friendly and helpful for the most part.

Staff was helpful.

Breakfast was lame but it is cheapo stuff in most hotels. The worst part was the bed was uncomfortable along with the blankets and pillow. The pillows were deflated.

Location was the ONLY good thing about this hotel

The staff was rude our rooms weren't what we ask for or ready at check in and we even came later than 4 the rooms have mold in them and have a foul smell
