Quiet, easy parking, excellent bed, clean, handy for shops

Sofa didn't face the tv, so awkward to watch. Slippy shiny tiles on bathroom floor. Shower temperature control. Lack of grab handles for the over-bath shower. See below - our expectations were not quite reached.
