Orchard House - 2 bedroom house, Central Alnwick

Absolutely lovely little house. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed provided for. Bread, eggs and milk a nice touch. Home from home comfortable

We went to a wedding at Lemmington Hall, so didn’t get to spend much time at the property, but the property had everything we needed for a lovely small trip! Including a nice spacious garden to sit in also.

It is a nice and cosy house. For a short stayover and nearby Alnwick Castle and the little old town.

Nice little house! We really liked it. And the sea view - even far away was a nice surprise! 20 (-25) Minute walk to Alnwick Castle which was really worth spending time there!

Would have appriciated a sieve and scissors, but this is just a side notice

House was very clean & comfortable. Liked having the garden furniture to enable us to sit outside in the sunshine. Beautiful bathroom with great shower.

Would have liked a hook on the bathroom door to hang clothes on to get dressed after a shower but had to put clothes on the floor.

Good location: very quiet for a residential area; no problem parking, easy 15-minute stroll into town centre. Comfortable, clean, well appointed: good range of equipment and welcome pack. Host very friendly and quick to help. Overhaul, an excellent base for exploring Alnwick and nearby locations.

Minor points: Front & Back Doors - both awkward to lock. Garden Gate - couldn't need properly shut. Bathroom - no mirror near basin made shaving awkward.
