Orchard House - 2 bedroom house, Central Alnwick

Location was brilliant for us to see family. And the accommodation was excellent for us as a family.

Wanted to stay longer.

Everything. There was a lot of attention to detail to make the stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible, ranging from phone chargers, kitchen supplies & snuggly throws to the heating being on for our arrival, which on a very cold December day after a long drive was most appreciated. . The welcome and the xmas tree were lovely. The location was great for us. We intend to return to Northumberland to explore and will definitely like to stay here again.

Beautifully modern with everything we needed for our first trip since having our second baby. A perfect base for visiting Alnwick castle and gardens, we’re just sorry we didn’t book a longer stay.

Nothing negative to say

Roomy two bedroom house on small estate around half mile from town centre. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi and TV worked well. Everything clean and comfortable. Easy parking at front of house. Directions good. Excellent value for money,

As house is on estate you hear neighbours starting their cars to go to work early morning.

Cosy, comfortable house; heating easy to operate. Kitchen had everything we needed and the host had provided a welcome pack including delicious biscuits. Wifi had a wobble but I rang the host and it was fixed in no time. Nice little annex for dining. Quiet residential location.

There was nothing to find fault with.

Good location for exploring the area

The only issue we had was a car blocked the driveway so we were unable to use it. This is no reflection on the owners just irresponsible drivers.

The shower water was way to hot .could not get any cold water. This could be very bad if someone got burned.

Great artwork all around. Good vynil music available. Good location. Great welcome pack. Good information pack provided. Good parking. Clean decor.

No door hooks on bedroom doors.

The shower ran too hot, seemingly unable to cool down. Would've been more concerned if children staying.

Good location. 15 minute walk into central Alnwick. Easy access to Northumberland coast. Almouth 10 minutes away, Bamburgh 20 minutes by car. Close to M&S food and other supermarkets. Clean and modern house. Great welcome pack and information about the area. Everything you need for your break.
