Convenient central location

Well tired house, some basic things not working like a toilet not flushing. Complained but nothing done about it. Didn't use the basement kitchen as it didn't look clean.

It's quiet and isolated. Great size

Give towels would be better

Aunts were all over the house the full house was covered with aunts the villa smelled of leaking gas. Please think twice before booking

There was a security guard outside the villa at night which made us feel a little safer. The villa is a decent size in a accessible area.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a woman who did not speak any English. She walked off after answering the door, in the kitchen we could hear someone else as well as a screaming child. We tried to communicate with her and somehow figured out that she is cleaning the villa and will leave once she is done. The host did respond to my message quickly when i asked him about this but it would have been great if he could have ensured she was finished preparing the villa when we arrived. Instead, we sat around at 9pm for around 45 minutes while she cleaned. We booked for 7 people under the impression that there were 2 rooms with a double bed each and one room with 3 single beds however the 3 rooms only had a double bed each, meaning it could not accommodate all of us. The cleanliness of this place was shocking. The main bedroom had the two dirty rugs from the floor on the bed, which was extremely off putting. The second bedroom had a body indent on the bed, as if someone had taken a nap on it. The last bedroom’s pillow cases were sopping wet left on the outside railing for us to put on ourselves however we had to sleep without them as they stank of damp and were very wet. The bathrooms smelt of mildew and were very old and worn. The ensuite stank horribly of sewage and was not usable, the door had to be kept closed the entire time. There was no toilet paper!!! At 10pm, after a long day of travelling we had to go and try to find toilet paper - I can’t make this stuff up. To make things even better, there were no towels available at all - the next day we found some had been left on a clothes line outside all night which were stained. There were no clean sheets or even flat sheets to sleep with. Since the bedrooms were described incorrectly, 3 of 7 guests had to sleep downstairs on the sofas without sheets as no one wanted to sleep in the bed with a body shaped hole. We arrived late night and stayed 2 nights only as there was nothing else available.

Could do with an update.

This property has a lot of negative reviews. I feel, an explanation is called for. I booked this place for the first 2 nights in Agadir, and later for the last 2 nights as well. We were 2 guys in our forties. yes there are some improvements that can be made. But you wont be able to find another property at this price with 3 lounges, 4 bathrooms, massive kitchen, Quite neighbours, Street security guard who sits outside this house. There are 3 working TV's (1 doesn't work). I can go on but i'm sure you get the gist.

Would have liked a few more clean towels.

It was dirty and the host is rude and does not answer back to you and gets very aggressive. Nothing to like about this place.

Everything is broken and old and this was reported as we checked in and the host offered another property at more price rather than fixing or replacing it. The host is based in France and gets his timing wrong both at check in and at the time of check out. I messaged and called him at 11:30am asking when someone will collect the keys and he kept on shouting at 11am and not earlier and I was trying to explain that it’s already 11:30am but he wouldn’t listen. He’s rude and kept all conversations via booking.com app or on WhatsApp so I’ve got evidence of everything I’ve reported. He does have wifi but the speed and connection is poor. In general he need to get it fixed as keeps on blaming previous users for all the damages but that not my problem as I should not have to suffer. The towels and linen etc were all dirty - so be careful as they do not wash them. I had to buy new towels and linen from local store.
