Location, cleanliness

The house was not very sound proof amd noisy due to traffic and people walking past. Had to keep blinds shut due to lack of privacy as everyone looks straight in.

It was in an area where we used to live. Very close to a supermarket, pub restaurants, takeaways. Easy to find and good parking

There is a lovely big window at the front in the lounge. I think this could benefit from a Venetian type blind as the sun as much as we love the sun, was blinding.
