No breakfast included. Nice and cosy with great central heating. Lovely and quiet area. Easy to walk to shops etc. A friendly and approachable host. Felt very relaxed and safe in the house.

The double bed could be better and very soft pillows .

Not a major problem shower temp hot and took a bit of adjusting to get to temperature, owner had prewarned us re this.
