Locatia foarte buna, destul de central, liniste dar si baruri animate in apropiere. De asemenea , statie de metrou si supermarket-uri la cateva strazi.

Pozele ușor înșelătoare, dormitoarele sunt foarte mici, lucru care nu se vede în poze. Pereții ar trebui zugrăviți, foarte multe urme( nu cred ca este o mare investiție) Si a fost deranjanta regula gunoiului, numai seara...ca se supăra vecinii, seara suntem la plimbare, ca de aia venim. Dar sunt nu foarte relevante aceste 2 lucruri.

- Locatie is super - relaxte wijk met locals - daardoor ook wel wat Spaans nachtleven natuurlijk :-) - Appartement is ruim en prettig ingedeeld - Twee badkamers heel handig als je met 4 bent

- Advies om op website te vermelden dat bed in tweede slaapkamer kleiner is (twijfelaar) - Extra bank of stoel in de huiskamer gewenst (nu bank voor 3 personen) - Extra capaciteit op de boiler gewenst als alle 4 gaan douchen Allemaal niet echt een groot probleem maar dit zou het verblijf nog mooier maken :-)

Leuk appartement, goede locatie.

Één theedoek voor 4 dagen en waspoeder voor één wasje in de wasmachine.

La situation dans Madrid, les équipements sont très bien il ne manque rien.

Le bruit, la chambre côté rue et l espace salon sont en simple vitrage, la rue étant animée il est difficile de dormir.

I enjoyed my time in Madrid—it was my first visit to the city, and overall the location worked well for sightseeing. The apartment itself looks exactly like the photos, so in that sense it met expectations. However, there were several important inconveniences that were not clearly specified in the listing, which significantly affected our stay.

First, the apartment does not have an elevator. You must carry luggage up several flights of stairs, and there is no assistance available. This should be clearly stated in the listing so guests can plan accordingly, especially those traveling with heavy luggage. Second, while the apartment has a washing machine, there is no dryer, which was not specified. Instead, there is only a small clothing rack next to the washer. This is extremely impractical in winter—especially for drying sweaters, towels, and thick clothing. As guests on vacation, we do not have time to wait days for items to dry, and in our case, towels never fully dried during the entire stay. Third, the heating system was inadequate. Although the host stated that heating was available, the apartment remained cold throughout our stay, which was particularly uncomfortable given that we stayed during Christmas time. We stayed 15 days with four guests, and only one towel per person was provided, with no extras. There were also no extra bed sheets provided. Additionally, there was not enough toilet paper supplied for a long stay. Given the lack of a dryer and the duration of the stay, this was very inconvenient. For extended stays, additional towels, sheets, and basic supplies should be provided. The apartment was also provided with no basic welcome items—not even bottled water. While a stocked fridge is not expected, having no water, napkins, or basic essentials made settling in uncomfortable after a long trip. There is no standard coffee machine, only a capsule-style system, which we found inconvenient and limiting. Another important issue is that there was no warning about electrical outlets. None of the plugs are compatible with U.S. chargers, and no adapters were provided. While this may not be a requirement, it should at least be clearly mentioned in the listing so international guests can prepare.

Great location and the property management was awesome. Very cozy place. Will book another property in the future from them.
