Great place, a tad old but had AC, gas stove and really good hot water. We will be visiting again

Easy check in even arriving late at night. Nice boat ramp convenient location. Clean room and good water pressure in shower. Relaxing

Everything was good for us

Well, I don't know how to explain, this place is creepy and beautiful at the same time, I think we were the only ones at the hotel, beautiful during the day but gets creepy and seems dangerous at night, I have never stay on a place like this one. Very old, all concrete building, nice rooms with nice shower, the bridge was very loud, the window AC was very loud. This place is very charming during the day but gets scary at night, nobody around if something happens. I will probably stay again...... or not. Springs are 10 min away, that was the best part

Night fall is very scary, I had to put a chair at the door just in case someone wanted to break in. Our room was the last one next to the bridge and there was sketchy people under the bridge just loitering. Man, I don't know what to say, stay here at your own risk. Lady at the counter was extremely nice. No ice, not extras, after 5 when the lady is gone you are on your own....

This place is definitely an older place but it is well maintained and they are very accommodating. We had 3 rooms and we all had our dogs with us. They do not charge extra for the pups as long as you pick up after them and they don't trash the room. You also get the use of the on site boat ramp and a boat slip with each room. We were able to check in early (11:00 am ) in all 3 rooms. The hotel is right on the St. John's River and it has a fish cleaning station, fuel for the boats, a fire pit with lots of chairs and corn hole. It is also only a very short walk across the bridge to a great restaurant.

Nothing really! The noise from the vehicles crossing the bridge is all I can think of but that was only noticeable when you are outside.

It’s was very nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing.

Only problem about it was there was no hot water in the shower

Great place to stay with our airboat gang to visit the trails and springs. We will be back!
