"Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional booking."

Made this reservation through Booking, and received a confirmation number. I then received a message from the motel that my late check in was approved. When we arrived at 9pm, the check in office was closed, and nobody answered the 2 phone numbers posted on the office door. We called repeatedly and never got and answer, and also never got into our room. We had to book another room 30 miles away. Absolutely incredibly unprofessional in every way.
