Big River Marina & Lodge

We were given a free upgrade to a house. The house was great! The beds were very comfortable.

Could not get into the Wi-Fi so therefore we couldn’t watch TV. a lot of windows in the house and lots of light shining in at night.

Fantastic stay, and Julie was great. Will definitely come back. Loved it along the river.

separate the stay and they confirmed the order and charged me all the money, however when I arrived the place was closed and there was no one to receive me. I made the claim and they do not answer me and they do not return my money.

Julie was so helpful The beds and rooms were so comfortable. we loved the location and the value.

wish we had stayed two nights instead of one.

The location was near Highway 19 draw bridge so it was noisy to sit outside and could also hear it inside. There are no amenities-no ice, water, pool, nothing. We stayed there to be near the Springs in Ocala National Forest. There really wasn't any other choice. It was clean, mostly. View was good but noisy.

See above. We were the only guests. No wi-fi. One staff person who left at 5:00 pm so no one manning the desk all night.
