"Ideal location and good for what we needed!"

Lovely decor to each room. Ideal location - 10 min walk from Patricroft Train Station and about 15 mins on the train into Manchester Piccadilly! Handy. Parking was fine and there a shop literally 2 min walk from it if needed!

Good location close to town within 20 minutes. Fab house with lots of space for a large group and beds are very comfy too. Warm inside and easy to use shower/ heating.

Could have been more toilet roll and lighting in one of the double bedrooms at the back.

"Comfortable, accommodating and stress free stay, really pleased!"

Gorgeous house! It was spacious, clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our group. Particularly enjoyed the shower in the main bathroom! All guests stated they would stay again.

We paid extra for early checkin at 2pm, however the cleaner didn’t finish cleaning until 2.40.

Ground floor en suite

Heating pipes kept making a loud banging noise. Insulation in bedrooms was not great, with heating on, rooms facing front and back of property were still draughty and therefore cold.
