all as pictured, not given pictures that raised expectations like many places. clean, tidy, had everything we needed

fire doors were so heavy and noisy, appreciate they are necessary for a rented property but door between the kitchen and lounge is really heavy and difficult to get through when carrying food to eat at the table. toilets in the bedrooms are extremely noisy when flushing. was worried about noise levels for neighbours with doors and toilets after 10pm
