The location was perfect, nearby everything

The coffee in the jar was old and rock hard . Couldn’t have coffee as we are early risers. Had to wait until 7:30 for Seattle toe open. Also the pillowcases were al different shades of white and yellow( from aging)

Lovely central location in Dullstroom, quick stroll to all shops and restaurants, perfect if you plan to do a "town stay"and explore Dullstroom's shopping and dining options. Lovely big space, modern and new interior and furniture, comfortable bed with good quality bedding and ample towels. Although the bathroom is small, shower was lovely! Ample plug points next to bed. Small kitchenette have everything you need to prepare a snack and keep essentials cold. Communication from accommodation staff was efficient.

Although the location is convenient, it is situated on a the main road and thus busy and noisy night and day, so keep that in mind, especially during peak season. A fan or air conditioning recommended. Although supplied heater lovely for winter, we visited in the summer, as it being a loft it was extremely hot! Even though windows can open, not practical with regular thunderstorms. Although the room has a lovely layout, please consider an additional mirror (there is only one mirror in the bathroom), perhaps inside the wardrobe etc. preferably close to a plug point. There is also no space in the bathroom to place any toiletries. Unfortunately the gate to the back parking was locked, making it tedious to take luggage around the main area, having to navigate shoppers and a busy street. Cleaning staff came to clean and tidy the room just as we were about to settle for an afternoon nap - suggestion is to perhaps ask guests a suitable time for them to come? Regardless, we had a lovely, relaxing stay!

Loved the location. Breakfast was decent

Absolutely no human interaction during the booking process, whatsapps ignored, special request ignored.
