The rooms are beautiful and very clean.

The fact that there's no reception and you have to communicate on WhatsApp messenger and they take their time to respond. The breakfast that you have to get at the restaurant and a R150 "voucher" and you pay the difference on whatever you order. There is a big difference in what you pay and what you get, e.g. The room cost us R2500 for 2 nights and we paid R3600 including breakfast and only to find out you have a R150 voucher for breakfast. If these were communicated or mentioned we would have taken the room without breakfast and buy our own.

La habitación y la limpieza

Las habitaciones están en un primer piso sin ascensor. Personalmente no me ha ocasionado problema pero puede haber circunstancias en que sí se problema y consta en la descripción del hotel. El desayuno está incluido pero siempre que lo que pidas (en carta) no supere los 150 znd . Lo que sobrepase se abona aparte y eso tampoco se explica en la reserva.

Very clean and beautiful place as advertised ❤️ very safe location and at the centre of everything. The check-in process was very smooth. Wil definitely use this place again 💯

Not anything stood out

The traffic noise. Non stop. The cold tile floors The shower that did not drain The mystery of getting to my room. Collect key at The Bankers and then you are on your own........good luck

Lovely, clean and modern. Great position in the centre of town.

Cute and quaint, on the main road which is close to all the main tourist spots.

The floors were extremely squeaky, it would have been unbearable had we stayed longer.
