The Lofts @ Maple Square

Lovely room, very tastefully decorated, lots of attention to detail. All facilities were great. Bed is very comfy. The location is perfect for wondering around the town. Breakfast at Bankers was delicious and very generous.

Staff could have been clearer about where to go. Perhaps walking with the guest would be good? Signage from the back parking area pointing guests in the right direction would be helpful. The building is painted so beautifully, it would be nice if the theme was carried through the passageway where guests walk to get to the front. That walkway is dirty, uneven and disconcerting. Lastly, perhaps a security gate at the back would make guests feel less concerned about the safety of their vehicle.

The rooms were spotless, with thoughtful touches such as heaters and electric blankets to ensure comfort and warmth during the night. The gentleman assisting with check-in and check-out was excellent. A peaceful and quiet place to stay
