"Poor"

Not much The place is near to a mall so access to food and buying things were easy

The room was not cleaned, can see cockroaches running in the room The bathroom was not very clean. The lock of the bathroom door was broken The heater was damaged and water was leaking.

"unfortunte night for a stay."

shopping/food convenience.

unresponsive. sent few messages and calls. we eventually had to go to a hotel for the night stay. we only got the key the next morning. we received a refund of RM50.
