Perfect 1BR In Prime Location & View of Stadiums

The apartment looks just like the pictures! Everything was nice and clean. Very convenient location! Short walk to the Fillmore and other downtown venues.

Location was great. We walked to the ballgame and were in easy walking distance to several public transportation hubs. The apartment had great light, lots of windows, beautiful sunsets!

There were a few small things that could be better, easy fixes: we loved how light the apartment was, but at night most of the blinds couldn't close. Either the string to lower them was cut/broken off, or the catch just didn't release. A few dish towels in the kitchen would be helpful.

The value for the money can’t be beat, especially downtown. The space is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We had a slight issue with the tub drain, but maintenance was sent over quickly and resolved the problem. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we’re in Detroit.

I liked that it had a full kitchen the natural light in there is awakening and refreshing, it is very clean and easy to get to. located in a great area.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a tv or a radio or any noise machine in the bedroom. that’s my only little nitpick. I just played some music on my phone though and was able to go to sleep.

Location was central to theaters and stadium.

Lots of codes to get through multiple doors and elevators. Heat was also set and couldn't be adjusted. It was cold.

I loved how clean the apartment was and the location was perfect. We rarely had to use our car for anything and walked wherever we needed to go.
