Mathias war sehr nett und bemüht. Absolute Traumlage. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man sofort im Zentrum. Durch die Fensterfront zur Straße hat man einen super Ausblick. Positiv ist auch die Fußbodenheizung im Bad.

Es hätte etwas sauberer geputzt werden können. Beheizt wird die Wohnung durch jeweils ein Heinzpaneel in jedem Raum. Für die Schlafzimmer war das ausreichend, im großen Wohnraum war uns teilweise zu kalt nach einem langen Tag im Freien. Ausserdem ist das Warmwasser beschränkt, was bei 4 erwachsenen Personen etwas schwierig war, wenn jeder duschen wollte. Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein und der Toaster hat stark geraucht und gestunken. Es gab keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer für Klamotten.
