"Nur die Lage ist ein Argument, ich würde hier nicht noch mal übernachten."

Top Lage, man ist direkt im Zentrum. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Öffentliche Parkplätze mit moderater Gebühr (im Verhältnis sogar günstig) in 3 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es ist alles sehr abgewohnt und teilweise defekt. Hier wird leider kein Cent in das Objekt investiert. Mit 4 Personen Belegung ist es auch sehr eng, bei 2 Personen mag es vielleicht gehen. Und dann natürlich der für Reykjavik/Island typische Preis der es in sich hat.
