"Very Good"

The location is perfect in central Reykjavík. The staff brought us missing cutlery the night we arrived after we asked for it.

There was a smell of mold in the apartment - not very healthy. An electric cable crossing the entrance path at knee's height - not very convenient.

My family loved staying here. We felt super safe, everything was very walkable. Kids loved being up the in the loft. The parking deck was very close. Communication was great. Thank you so much.

"Final email from different staffer, at least accepted mistakes but no offer of partial refund for 2 day stay."

Spacious, comfortable bed.

One cutlery knife. One 10” bread knife - nothing else to cut vegetables. Leaking and unusable shower. Lack of attention to basic requirements. Being fobbed off by one staff email who informed us that they wouldn’t necessarily have the cutlery which we might expect at home; this only added to our frustration!

La ubicación, estabas a cinco minutos caminando del centro de Reikiavik.

El apartamento B necesita una reforma urgente, la entrada está como si estuvieras entrando al punto limpio, luego el baño muy antiguo, la ducha tenía uno de los mangos para abrir el agua roto. No había tostadora por si alguien lo quisiera tener en cuenta. Las camas no estaban mal, lo única quizá el sofá cama que parece ser el típico que tienen en todos los alojamientos de Islandia y que al estar doblado cuando está en modo sofa se queda como con esa forma y al estirarlo está un tanto deforme para dormir.

"Iceland is magical but expensive so staying in an apartment with cooking facilities was a definite plus!"

La ubicacion, en pleno centra y cer a de todo. Las camas muy comodas. Y la habitacion de arriba muy espaciosa. Aunque hay q tener cuidado con las escaleras. Depende que persona contestaba a mus dudas me fueron de gran ayuda, otro no tanto, pero en general el personal muy atento y resolutivo.

El baño es muy pequeño y la ducha esta de tal forma que es imposible no inundar el baño, cada vez que te duchas. El mobiliario viejito.
