La proximité, on fait tout à pied. La maison est confortable et agréable

La ubicación. Está en el centro de la ciudad, justo al lado de los principales puntos a visitar. Tiendas, supermercados, autobús, todo está muy cerca. El apartamento está bien equipado. La cocina tiene de todo y se está muy calentito. La cama principal es muy cómoda. Los propietarios muy serviciales. Les escribimos un par de mensajes y contestaron muy rápido.

Nos gustó todo, pero si tuviera que decir algo es que el espacio es reducido. Para dos está muy bien, con niños y maletas queda un poco justo, pero ya lo sabíamos cuando lo reservamos.

The accommodation is similar to an air bnb where a room in an apartment is rented out. The building is old, and complains that others made about the front door being difficult to open and the key box being difficult to operate, are true. However, these things are not a problem as the building is so old.

The problem is that it is not properly maintained. Of the various hotels and air-bnbs I stayed so far, I felt that this was the most poorly managed establishment. There were three points that I strongly complained to the owner to address immediately during my stay. 1. Mould and stains around the beds. Black stains were clinging to the walls.(see photo). At first I thought it was bedbugs, but it looked like stuck-on dirt and mould. I don't think the room was vacuumed well. 2. bathroom drains. Did not flow at all. The drains themselves are narrow and seem to be constructed to clog easily. Poor flow is common in other facilities, but this was the first time it was this bad. The drains should be thoroughly cleaned regularly every six months. 3. mould in the bathroom The shower curtain was mouldy and soggy. Even if it was cleaned daily, mould inevitably grows on the shower curtain and should be replaced regularly as a consumable item. Owners should be aware that mould in an apartment can pose a health risk to respiratory and other organs. All of the above points were addressed the next morning (see photo). However, it is clear that there are issues with the management system. Furthermore, the owner replies to the complaint that many other guests were happy, etc., but that in no way means that it is okay to leave mould and dirt without cleaning it properly. I felt that no system had been established to provide clean rooms for guests to stay in, so I gave the lowest rating.

Pas propre (joints douche moisis, serrures et poignées encrassées, traces sur les murs et étagère, une notice collée au sol indiquant l’absence de ménage chronique), équipement pas toujours en bon état (robinetterie douche cassée, serrure porte d’entrée difficile), fil électrique pour la TV hasardeux, impossibilitéd’accéder à Netflix contrairement au descriptif de l’annonce..vue jardin....sur un jardin plein d’échafaudage, de pots de peinture comme premier accueil, vraiment pas agréable. Les commentaires publiés (belle décoration...) ne peuvent pas correspondre à cet appartement, probablement le voisin.

La posizione e l'idea di casa.

Maniglia porta difettosa. Cucino molto poco attrezzata. Divano letto scomodo. Manopola doccia rotta. Scopettino water rotto. Tre tazze invece che quattro. No cucchiai. No tostapane. No possibilità di aprire finestre per ricambio d'aria. Materiali di risulta nel piccolo cortile d'ingresso. Insomma la casa si perde e molto nei dettagli. Basterebbe poco per renderla una ottima soluzione.

Lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Okolica urokliwa. Stare budownictwo. Wygląd domku i całego kompleksu. Dobra piekarnia w pobliżu, bliskość restauracji.

Problem z odpływem prysznicowym. Podwórko chyba w trakcie remontu. Brudne skarpety z poprzednich pobytów pod łóżkiem.

The location was excellent- walking distance of lots of attractions and great places to eat.

Outside the property was a mess as painting and decorating had been taking place - but was not whilst we were there. There were over 20 tins of paint outside, the bins were overflowing etc. We appreciate these things need doing but did not give the place a nice welcome feel. Inside furniture was tired and some was broken. The kitchen lacked sufficient glasses, cutlery and bowls etc for the four of us to all eat together! The hand rail at the top of the stairs was really wobbly - could be quite dangerous considering how steep and narrow the ladder was. There were no curtains which as the sun hardly sets seems inappropriate. Comfy beds and nice bedding, but cheap uncomfortable pillows. Just felt like the whole place needed a bit of a revamp, was such a pity as a great location and a nice property.
