Hygiene, space

No bellboy to take our luggage, no courtesy water for two. One bottle for two. No breakfast though my request was for two rooms with breakfast. We were one family of four. Two unmarried sisters. My wife and I were a couple. They told us no rooms on same floor. One on 6th and second on 3rd. We refused to accept. Then the gave us 3001 and 3011. Price went up to 35k plus. When we went to have buffet, most of the food was over. So we had to eat out. Bad impression. Location was the worst.
