Good central location, very good breakfast. Helpful staff, 24/7 reception.

Most of the staff was incompetent, they didn't know how the spa or pool works, couldn't process our passports correctly. The pool seems to be completely out of order, but nobody was able to give us any specific information about it. The room and furniture were somewhat dirty and the room was very humid, despite using the A/C. It took them two days (of us asking them) to provide us new toilet paper when we ran out. They didn't provide bedsheets for one of our beds, just a dirty blanket.
