"Pathetic customer experience - unprofressional and unsuitable for corporate stays"

NOTHING, the rude and unhelpful staff made the stay and follow up hell-like experience

VERY UNHELPFUL, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. Even though I completed my stay at the hotel, they maliciously marked us as "no-show" and canceled the booking. I tried multiple times to reach out to the support staff to correct but they did not take any action. These people are trying to cheat the booking.com system and the customer. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FOR CORPORATE STAYS!
