Locations. We have stayed here in 2023, decided to come and stay at Zion in 2025.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Housekeeping, especially Mr. Basha, ensured my room was kept clean, and the female receptionist (my apologies for forgetting her name!) was always welcoming and accommodating. The doormen were quick to assist with luggage and booking transport whenever I needed. I also appreciated that, as an English speaker, I had no trouble communicating with the staff. The food was lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great way to relax. The spa was also a highlight—I visited twice, and both experiences were wonderfully relaxing. The location was excellent, making it easy to walk or take an auto-rickshaw to various attractions

While my room was clean, I had issues with the electrics—the power would randomly turn on and off, and the AC controls were damaged with exposed wires, which was frustrating. The gym was a big disappointment as it was filled with kids' toys and furniture, making it completely unusable. Additionally, the hotel listed soundproof rooms, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I also experienced two significant issues. First, my keycard kept resetting, meaning I had to repeatedly go to reception to get it fixed. More concerning was that two men were able to access my room during my stay. As a female traveler, this was an unsettling experience. Thankfully, the situation was quickly addressed, but it was still a serious security concern.

WiFi doesn't work at all Rooms stink of cigarettes Staff are rude and unhelpful Plug sockets are dangerous and plugs hang out, and don't work Rooms are old and unclean, towels and bedding smell and are dirty Pool is too dirty to use Gym was not usable, all machines pushed to the back of the wall Paid extra for "early check in" but still waited 3 hours in the lobby for my room to be ready I ended up booking a different hotel.
