Zion - A Luxurious Hotel

Room was smelling of paint and traffic noise, staff weren't welcoming much

Nothing. It is certainly NOT a 4 star hotel !!! I thought it was a steal with INR 3618 for a night but i think it was a waste.

1) Shitpot was so dirty. All stains and dirt. Since the bathroom floor was black so i do not know if it were ever cleaned. Toilet papers are of low quality. 2) The toiletries are of low quality. 3) Towel, i did not use since it looked used. 4) Bed linen was used. I had to call the staff, request to change all the linen. Linens are all old with lints and yellowish. 5) there was no ironing board as mentioned while booking. Furnishings also looked unclean. 6) No way this hotel is a 4 star. I booked looking at the ratings, amenities but its not even a 3 star. Can you imagine they had no hair conditioner?? 7) Breakfast - Omelet was pathetic, so was the quality of cereal and the bread. The head lady chef was rude. Thankfully I had booked just for a night.

Nothing to like. It is not a 4 star hotel. It is only 1-star low profile hotel. Even employees wear unhygienic uniforms. Damaged, old dirty bedsheet and pillow were provided, because they don't have good one. Again this is not a 4 star hotel as they mentioned in booking.com

It is not a 4-star hotel. Very bad amenities and unhygienic restaurant. Bed sheets, towels and pillows were dirty. They brought another set of bedsheet and pillow, but that is also dirty. Their google reviews are fake. I request booking.com to rate this hotel after proper verification.

Though Everything about Zion hotel is excellent. Just a little upgrade in bed linen and Towels will make it a complete excellent experience.

Our stay in the hotel for 3 nights was excellent.
