FILovely position. Staff takes care of you and everything went very smoothly. I loved the sounds of water, cascades and fountains in Villa d'Este behid the wall.
ILThe location is great, although the journey to and from it was challenging with suitcases.
The maintenance quality was horrible: the electrical stove top didn’t work, the Nestle coffee machine didn’t work, the shower water were not more than hardly warm, the water pressure at the shower was poor, the upstairs toilet stop functioning on our second day, but the host decided it is not important to fix it (honestly, it feels like it is a known problem). The stairs to the attic were completely unexpected and are loopy, therefore very uncomfortable.

ITLovely apartment in a tranquil, central location with a great view from the bedroom. There is a small kitchen and a sitting room/study, and a small patio on the landing.
The WiFi is very unreliable, it was available on our phones in the bedroom and sitting room most of the time but could not be detected from the kitchen and with our other devices.
