Staff was very accommodating and helpful, the hotel is in a very quiet area with amazing views around. Great overall and will definitely come back.

Fabulous location with lovely views. Rooms retained the quirky feel of an old winery. It was very unique.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3.45pm (we had specified an arrival time of 4.00pm so we were a few minutes early). We were asked to wait and given a welcome drink of iced tea but felt forgotten. There were further delays as a large group arrived which preoccupied the receptionist. We did not get into our room until 4.30pm. We asked for help with the bags, as it was not forthcoming. In the morning we rang reception for help with the bags, there was no answer. A kindly housekeeper in a room on the same floor, saw our plight and rushed to help. Please thank her. Bathroom had a large window, but you had to keep the blinds drawn to avoid passing hotel staff and visitors. Bedroom also had a large window and lovely large terrace, but it was next to the guest throughfare and breakfast area so was noisy and lacked privacy. We ordered a drink to enjoy whilst sitting on our terrace early evening. The empty bottle and dirty glasses remained there until after we left the hotel in the morning.

La chambre est vraiment très spacieuse, confortable et agréable. excellente expérience au restaurant. Une mention particulière pour la sommelière, élégante, passionnée et particulièrement inspirante dans ses conseils. Son enthousiasme et sa connaissance des vins ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre dîner.

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la terrasse qui mériterait un sérieux nettoyage. Les transats étaient couverts de fientes d'oiseaux, rendant leur utilisation impossible. Même constat pour la piscine dite « éco-responsable » : l'eau était verdâtre et le fond visiblement sale, davantage évocateur d'une mare que d'une piscine. C'est d'autant plus regrettable que le cadre est très beau et que ces points pourraient être facilement améliorés.
