Breakfast didn't exist ,food in plastic packaging. Good cafe around the corner would have a been a better recommendation .

The location is good. The room was well equipped and the shared bathroom was spacious and clean. Entry and departure were easy and efficient. They kindly gave us an hour later checkout.

The listing is misleading and doesn't specify that the room booked was without a private bathroom. We stayed in this same place 1 year ago and paid close to the same price, so we expected to get the same room, which was on the ground floor and had a small kitchen and private bathroom. However, we were given a second-floor room with a shared bathroom. I even messaged 2 days before to confirm that we had booked a room with a private bathroom, as I had seen a review that said they were given a shared bathroom. Luckily, the other room upstairs wasn't booked, so we didn't have to share a bathroom. I understand that mistakes happen and that I may have missed something in the misleading listing; however, the response from the manager was very rude. Instead of being understanding that I was disappointed, they told me I was being ridiculous if I thought I could get the other room for that price, and that if I wasn't happy, I should just pack up and leave. At this point, we had already paid and we were leaving for a family dinner in an hour and had no time to find another place. They never offered a refund, just said we should leave. It was extremely upsetting to be treated so rudely.

The location was perfect, coming back from Wembley stadium. Very near to the underground station.

The breakfast and no internet connexion

New and spacious bathroom; nicely equipped kitchen.

The property throughout was not cleaned. There was dust and dirt on all surfaces. When I reported the lack of cleaning the following day - we checked in Pm and went out immediately - I was told this was laughable by the owner/management company!!!!
