Nice Private Room in a House Close to Red Rock & Las Vegas Strip #1

It was a quiet place and had all facilities needed to spend time indoors and needed for a comfortable stay. Instructions were very clear and property was easy to access and move around.

The hot water in the shower wasn’t hot. It was a hot day so I didn’t need it but could be a problem on colder days. Probably a newer shower can be installed which is modern to operate. Sheets had strong soap fragrance which could be ok for other guests but I’m sensitive and it was a slight discomfort to have such strong smelling bed sheets.

It is a very pretty „private“ house. Everything was clean. Super friendly host and good soul of the house! Donald was so cute n fluffy. 😉 Super nice bathroom, comfy bed, everything we needed was there, microwave, coffeemaker, even a waterdidpenser. Whole house has aircon. Free parking in front of the house… a bit of a drive to the strip but a very quite location… all in all a perfect stay for us. Thanks for hosting us.

The property was good value for money. The room and the separate bathroom were clean. The owner was friendly and very helpful.

The window was blocked with cardboard so that there was no natural light or possibility to open a window for some fresh air. As a consequence the door had to be kept open for some extra oxygen. That compromised privacy somewhat. Throughout the night there was continuous coming/going, open/closing of the garage door right below the room with a very noisy garage door.

The structure of the house. From the outside

Basically everything. It makes no sense. It's an Airbnb. But if I wanted an Airbnb, I would go to Airbnb...the bathroom is private but not connected to the room. You are sharing a private home. Lots of parking complaints: what a drag! Small, poorly maintained and dirty room. Exorbitant price. I was basically ripped off. Go stay in a nice hotel when you are in LAS Vegas. Forget about accommodations like this. There is not even anything for breakfast...

This property fit all my needs , had convenient amenities , nice quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be booking again.
