Nice Private Room in a House Close to Red Rock & Las Vegas Strip #1

Great option for needing to stay in Vegas for work without dealing with the crowds and costs of the casino hotels - host and family are very friendly and house was nice and quiet for coming back to after a long day.

This didn't happen for me and I wouldn't have minded, but there is the possibility of sharing the bathroom if someone else is using the 2nd guestroom: if that's something you don't want I would advise checking in advance to make sure that's not the case. Again, this wasn't an issue for me.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful.

Coffee machine and small kitchenette.

Bed up against the wall, so if you needed to get out in night you had to climb over other person.

Enjoyed the stay. Pleasant other tenants and very quiet. clean and met my expectations. Will book again

Nothing really major. But I'm a TV watcher and the service didn't have many channels that weren't informercials. Would have enjoyed a better TV watching experience but not a deal breaker

Very friendly host, extremely quiet location, free parking in front of the house. Great coffee in the morning . Highly recommend this place.

Freezing cold water in the shower, alerted host on first day and he never responded or fixed it.
