The value right for me, location was fine for me, the communication with Dulshan the host was great. Easy to follow instructions on how to contact him and get the keys. The room was very nice and even though it was very cold in Vegas during my stay the room was always warm and wonderful. I will definitely keep this property as a number one consideration for my next trip to Las Vegas especially if Dulshan is the host. Wonderful overall experience AAA+++

The place was good for a few hours stay!

Room is in second floor and not suitable for disabled but couldn’t change at last minute. The window in the room needs curtains since street light and sunlight makes it difficult to sleep.

Nice little room in a private house. Easy to get the key. Dulshan the host is very friendly and we had a small chat inbetween my stay. Bed is very comfy, bathroom outside but hey he rented out max. 2 rooms. Bath is super clean, yes get everything you need. You need a car, nothing to walk, but also this is already clear when you book the room at Dulshan house. 10/10 because it fully gets my expectations with an unbeatable price! Thanks Dulshan, i will be back☺️

House/room are really clean and quiet as the neighborhood. There's all amenities for a confortable stay. Bed is perfect. Your Host is a very nice/smart person with a beautiful open mind. I loved talking with him. A great encounter, I really wish I could stay longer. I'll bé back 😎

Couldn't stay longer 🤔

It was in a very safe place in the city. The owners of the home didn't ever bother us. They provided free coffee, and it was a generally great vibe! If you are comfortable staying in someone's home, this stay is truely a 10/10, even if you aren't very comfortable with this I would still highly recommend for a short stay.

Vegas is hot, so the room could get a bit warm at night, but a fan is provided.

Nice quite and good neighbourhood, beautiful house. Coffee machine available for breakfast in the morning. The host showed flexibility when we checked in.

Probably for Americans no problem, but for a European the lock on the outside door does not function as expected.

Very nice place and comfortable, too! The host was nice.

The only thing I didn't like was there were no places nearby within walking distance to get a meal, but I can deal with that.
