Location, cleanliness, support from host.

Some minor issues in need of repair. These have been reported to the host, and he has stated they will be attended to promptly.

Comfortable rooms and beds. Good and prompt communication with hosts.

Some confusion with parking spaces out the back and could have done with more cutlery for the size of our group.

Good size property and rooms. Not too far from the city center. Clean

A couple of small issues - no iron and ironing board. Not enough cutlery for a house that sleeps 10 people. Also, the door entry keypad isn't secured properly. And some cosmetic work that would make this property even better.

Great location, parking ideal

Not as advertised, images and description didn’t match reality, no hairdryer, no cafetière, no coffee machine, no lamps, no bath mats. Mattress in one room was smaller than the bed frame (king size frame, double mattress). Wasn’t very clean, hairs in one bathroom, pair of socks in one bed. Trailing cables from extension leads everywhere.

better seat in the kitchen for the living area, sofa fit 4 people and was comfortable but with 6 of us staying 2 people had to sacrifice sitting on the high stools which wasn’t comfortable for long time lounging, and the stand able chair is v pretty but needs to be a more comfy one. also provide more toilet paper, we ran out on our second night. house was very clean overall. a great stay however we booked early check in a month before our stay which was to be at 1pm and when we turned up the cleaner was in the house and did not leave until after 2:15pm. when offering early check in please ensure that it is noted to the cleaners of the property, as she had said to us our check in wasn’t until 3pm so it seems she was not advised in advance that we had early check in. she was very nice and courteous & your customer service team were great too, we did have a great stay overall so thank you! we would happily stay in your property again.
