Clean and spacious house. 20 min walk into the City Centre. It was quiet and there is a corner shop just opposite. The beds are comfy and bedrooms spacious. The bathrooms were clean and modern.
There was a lack of comfy seating for more than 4 people. We use dining chairs to every one could be together in the lounge area. There are only 4 dining chairs in the dining room so not possible for 7 people ( max occupancy) to sit together.

We enjoyed our night away in Birmingham. The accommodation was okay size for our group of 6. All kitchen amenities were there and the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, and we had a comfortable, quiet night.
It is quite a small living room, so not enough comfortable seating for everyone in our group. Maybe have some bean bags as fitting another sofa could be a squeeze.
