The hotel staff are friendly and the room is clean. The staff are quick to respond. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained. The night staff is good. The receptionist specifically. Bunty was very helpful. Team is Very helpful, location is best easy reachable. Hotel Internet speed is good.

Location is good. The room is relatively small but room are clean, room service was good. The night staff is good. The receptionist specifically. The receptionist bunty was very helpful. Hotel is close to the mumbai international airport. We had a great exprience with staff. Reception staff experiences and helpful.

Location is good

The room wasn't properly maintained. The ceiling light wasn't there and there was just a hole instead. The AC wasn't working properly as well. Staff was rude at night time while checking in, when I complained, they said pay more for a better room.

Nothing much special about the hotel

Room ambience, no hot water , no toilet roll, no spoon when asked for the spoon the reply we get is they have no enough spoon. Room shown while making reservation was different than the room we have booked, later we have to book deluxe room and have to pay extra for the same room which we have booked at the time of reservation. Whenever we asked to clean the room , the room attendant he is either busy or either give us time which he never come back to clean. So the room was not cleaned for our entire stay.
