The Cattleya Hotel, Near Mumbai International Airport

The location of the hotel is its USP, located at a distance of a mere 1.6 km from the Airport terminal-2. Good interior and waiting area. Staff is also cooperative and delivers well onto your expectations. Breakfast is something that will definitely let you down, however there are plenty of good restaurants nearby which compensate for that. It’s located in a market itself so the atmosphere is also great. Prices might look a little overboard, however the cleanliness and hygiene justifies it. Also, book offline to get additional discounts rather than booking online.

The AC was working. That's surprising for such a low standard hotel

The toilet seat had spots on the seat. The spots werent water sports, they spots of other person stools!!. We told the staff to clean the toilet in the afternoon before heading out. We came back to out room in the night at 11pm and the toilet seat was not cleaned at all.

Nothing as usual, over priced property.

The map they provided is incorrect. Although the property is on the road, the floor finishing is literally like being on the road. One day, while we were sleeping, smoke suddenly entered the room. Upon inquiry, we learned that something outside was burning. I am surprised how this happened; a pic is attached for reference. They charged 5,000 per night, which is overpriced, and they said breakfast was included in the room—yes, four puris and sabzi, that's all. The staff were very rude; one staff member, Raghu, behaved like a rowdy.

Please mention here that breakfast is not buffet it will be provided in room single tea & single pack of misal pav no choice or option.
