All the things we experienced with Costa was outstanding. The property was clean and everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful. Anytime we needed to call for anything, Sofitel was quick to respond and make us feel so welcomed.

The only thing that caught my attention in our room was the balcony glass and the sliding glass doors were not cleaned or cleared before our arrival. Everything else was on point and very very comfortable.

"Great vacation at the Costa Hollywood"

We had an awesome stay at Costa Hollywood. We were looking for something bigger than a hotel room for our family of 4, with a full kitchen. This 1 bedroom suite did not disappoint. We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in early, witch was a huge plus! Do be aware of the resort fees and parking fees. Also should note the pool and hot tub close at a very early 8pm. Overall the Costa Hollywood is a beautiful place in a beautiful location!

Resort fees and parking fees were not properly advertised. The pool is absolutely beautiful but does close promptly at 8pm every night.

Property is beautiful! Great location. Right on the Broadwalk!

The bikes aren’t free… only 1 hour is free. The pool was closed and had been for months and no one reached out to tell us. One of the main reason we booked here was for the pool.

lots of hidden fees, and the pool was closed. There was no mention of the pool being closed and still had to pay a resort fee. Very disappointing.

Location is amazing!

Hotel should let guests know that the pool is closed until July 4th. Misleads the guests as a lot of people book for the pool as well.
