Costa Hollywood - Worth Traveling - Rooftop Pool- Gym

The property was clean, had a great view, spacious and right on the boardwalk to Hollywood Beach.

We love the property, we’ve stayed here while not with Sol, we’ve here 3 times in the last 4 months and it consistently awesome!

The location and resort was amazing, the rooftop pool is incredible!!

I din not like that we couldn’t get extra blankets or amenities like toilet paper or sponges to clean dishes, the halls to the apartments were out dated, little to no light and smelled like dirty carpets.

1. You can hear everything from outside! 2. I went to front desk to let them know one curtain was not working and they said : we can't do nothing try to get in touch with who you make the reservation! 3. After that, Saturday afternoon my daughter got hit in the face for a guy that works there, my wife was on the way to change her clothes to get into the pool and a guy came From inside the kitchen and push the door so hard that he hit my 3 year's old girl in her face, he get back quickly and never go back, Now she got a purple eye and a bump on her face, and nobody from inside came to us to ask is she was fine or something that's messed up! My wife tell me that to late, and I didn't want to make an report because she told me don't do it, but now looking at my girl face I regret to not doing it yesterday at the hotel.

Costa itself was good, and they seem to be figuring it out since they are a newer property. The issue we had is that the unit we booked was owned individually by "Stay Sol" and the hotel front desk would not deal with us at all with any requests. So whenever I sent requests to Stay Solo, I never heard back from them so we were kind of left hanging the whole stay. The. Unit itself was very spartan, with only four towels and two very thin blankets. Bare Bones kitchen utensils and accoutrements. All in all I would give the Costa a better rating than this particular owner. Sorry, Stay Sol, but you need to answer your emails if that's the only way you're going to let people try to contact you. I sent no less than four emails and never did they reply. Future guests, better to book direct through the Costa to get one of their units and you should be fine
