USOur stay at the Octopus Garden was wonderful! The condo was spacious and had everything we could need and more! You can’t beat the view from the balcony, great place for our morning coffee! The facility had terrific outdoor spaces that were clean and comfortable. Ample parking, pleasant staff and very helpful host! First timers this year but plan to return again and again!

First off, it's not the facility. It's this room not managed by the property. It was absolutely FILTHY! Dead bugs in the floors, couch is all stained up, I was afraid to sit on it, the furniture on the balcony ruined a 100.00 outfit because it was all rusty! This particular room isn't managed by the property, I was completely unaware of this upon booking of this. I had to go to Walmart and purchase towels and wash cloths! The kitchen floor was disgusting and needs replacing. The bed in the bedroom was the hardest bed I have ever felt in my life. I always travel with pillows blankets etc, and thank God I had extra this time, the whole bedding had a very odd smell. My husband prefers to keep the air cool, the thermostat kept resetting itself to 75! The refrigerator has stuff growing under the crisper drawers! All I can say is if you want people's hard earned money, DO BETTER WITH CLEANLINESS AND COMMUNICATION! Atlantic Towers has been great in the past but Room 911 is awful! I feel as if I wasted 700.00 for a 2 night stay! I will not be returning in July and August for our week stays as in the past. I asked the front desk how to avoid booking a room through Booking.com and being unaware that it's not managed by the property and they had no answers other than call the location personally. Sadly I will be on the hunt for future stays and we visit at least 4x a year!

USClose to historic Fort, NC Aquarium and ferry terminal. Teenagers loved games and shops on boardwalk.
Mattress could use a topper for luxury feel but not too bad.
USThere was no information about how to get into the pool area.( you need to punch in a code to access both pools). The instruction of the lock box location never said it was on the door to the condo it made it sound as though the lock box was down stairs somewhere. A bit confusing .

USDidn't had the chance to enjoy my stay cause the building was under construction/renovation. Owner sent me an email about this "minor" issue only after I paid my reservation in full, not giving me any options and/or time to find different accommodation. Ruined completely my family vacation. Extremely, extremely disappointed about host deceptive attitude and sly communication. Booking.com should be aware about this type of dishonest practice.
See above ... had to spend my vacation on a construction site.
