"Exceptional"

Neat and tidy

Water pressure issues, especially on the top floor. If any tap is on, forget using the shower or sink on master bed

"Will Stay Again"

The location was perfect. Was also secure and safe. Very clean.

I stayed in the room on the highest floor and my water pressure was not an issue, but the bathroom below had low water pressure.

Amazing place for work or holiday visits in Birmingham. Quiet neighbourhood. Parking is a plus. Easy access to the city centre.

the property was clearly brand new, very lovely, good location

as the property was brand new there was no soap in any of the bathrooms. we also had to put a large deposit down and were deducted ยฃ40 for a plug in the bathroom that we did not break (pretty impossible to break a bath plug without any soap). the ยฃ40 was also taken out of my account prior to having my deposit returned. very disappointing service as the apartments are so lovely and otherwise would have definitely recommended. will not be staying again and donโ€™t recommend this place to others.

"Superb"

Rooms are really spacious and clean. Nice open plan kitchen/ diner / living room. Good location with a large Tesco nearby and 10 mins walk to the Utilita Arena/ Convention Centre.

One of the rooms had a lingering tobacco smell. It is a townhouse so there are a lot of stairs, which was not a problem for our group but just a warning for others who might find this difficult.

we booked a spontaneous last minute group trip. the property was above + beyond what we expected and the location for a trip into Birmingham city centre was excellent. we will definitely be staying here again. the private gated parking was an added bonus!

"great house and great location, really enjoyed it"

location and parking is great

itโ€™s a new property so was just missing a few things like a bottle opener and maybe some hand soap in the house would be nice. The bed in the master bedroom is also a bit too small for the house but these are really minor things for a great property

"Superb"

The home was in central Birmingham with a Tesco superstore close by! Very comfortable and clean and easy to access. Really nice views for the top floor :)

There wasnโ€™t a microwave so we had to reheat food in the oven. There also wasnโ€™t a dustpan and brush for us to tidy up abit more before we left.
