 Too much staircase in and outside the property and it’s not soundproofed .

Clean, good location, comfortable beds, lots of bedrooms

Very modern decor, spacious and nicely done. Extremely pleased.

Was very warm and the light came through the blinds very early. The only suggestion I would have would be to include a few fans and install black out blinds/curtains in the bedrooms.

Property was absolutely stunning. Decent outlay with the rooms and facilities were superb. Exactly as described.

Booking arrangements are a bit tricky. You don't get the pertinent Ts&Cs upfront when booking from Booking.com. For example, I only found out afterwards that I had to still pay an additional £350 security deposit after paying almost £300 for one night. And once booked, you can't cancel otherwise you'll forfeit the cost of one night's charge. That's very sly to be honest. Secondly, the entrance to the property was a bit of a headache. Directions given weren't clear enough. Also nobody at the property to welcome you at arrival and give you information e.g checkout procedure.

jewellery quarter is a great place, lots of local bars and pubs the property has its own private parking, clean and all facilities needed for 5 of us for our yearly meet-up brilliant place
