Very spacious. Well equipped great for the group of people that stayed.

Loved everything. Could do with a bigger sofa for the size of the property as we had 6 people staying and only one sofa. And another parking space would be ideal. But other than that it was perfect.

"I regret getting a property off them"

Hot water wasnโ€™t working all through the day and they are trying to bump me off ยฃ350 deposit saying late checkout which should be 25 pounds itโ€™s been over a week and my deposit isnโ€™t coming back to me

Good sized rooms and good location

The shower didnโ€™t work on the top floor if anyone was using water in the apartment at any time. It also didnโ€™t have any hot water on our second day. The tap in the top bathroom was the same situation. Super annoying when youโ€™re a group of 8 wanting to get ready and get out of the house. There were no towels at the apartment when we arrived so had to call and ask. A staff member dropped some but no hand towels or bath mats and they stank of smoke. The kitchen has minimum crockery and cutlery for 8 people which would have been nicer to have more so we didnโ€™t have to wash up loads. Could do with blackout blinds or curtains in rooms as the blinds were thin and let light in early.

Disappointing Experience with Rude Staff and Numerous Issues at the Property Review: I recently stayed at a property that left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place fell far short of my expectations. Not only did I encounter several issues with the property itself, but the staff's rude behavior further exacerbated my negative experience. Firstly, upon checking in, I discovered that the penthouse I was assigned lacked basic amenities. There were no water bottles or coffee available, which are typically standard offerings in most accommodations. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing, as it left me feeling unwelcome and inconvenienced. Furthermore, the sound insulation in the property was abysmal. I stayed in a bedroom on the first floor, and any noise from the bathroom directly above was easily audible. This lack of privacy and tranquility was incredibly frustrating, as it disrupted my ability to relax and enjoy my stay. In addition to these issues, I encountered problems with the main door. It took an unusually long time to open due to a dead battery in the remote key. This inconvenience added unnecessary hassle to my stay and reflected poorly on the property's maintenance and management. Perhaps the most disheartening part of my experience was the behavior of the property staff. When I approached them to address these issues, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. The staff showed a complete lack of empathy and failed to take my concerns seriously. Their unprofessional attitude only intensified my dissatisfaction and made me feel undervalued as a guest. In summary, my stay at this property was marred by a multitude of problems and an unhelpful staff. The absence of basic amenities, poor sound insulation, malfunctioning main door, and discourteous treatment from the staff all contributed to a disappointing and frustrating experience.

"I may come back"

Clean, many rooms. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, nearby restaurants, nearby railroad, fast response from developers, very good Wi-Fi, clean and plenty of bedding, very nice and clean kitchen.

Not air conditioned as advertised , more than 2 km from city center, each room is in one floor, one key, no sound isolation, need curtains in bedrooms to prevent light, Beds are small.
