Sydenham Place - Birmingham City Centre Jewellery Quarter - A Trio of Premium High End Town/Penthouses - 4 Bedrooms & Secure EV Parking

This is a lovely apartment in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and tidy and the bedrooms were very comfortable and large. The bathrooms were great too.

The kitchen equipment was of good quality but I would have liked a grater, colander etc for cooking. There needs to be a second sofa or some armchairs in the lounge area as there wasn't enough room for everyone to sit without using dining chairs.

It was a big property with comfortable beds.

Our neighbours who were also guests of the property management company held a party on the Saturday night that went on until 8am in the morning. There was no telephone number for us to call for help in dealing with it. Consequently our stay was ruined as we were exhausted and yet the property management company have refused to give us any compensation for our ruined stay despite the neighbours being their guests!

Beautiful apartment, clean spacious, well presented, heated up quickly ,beautifully decorated .There was lots of hot water for showers and there was also cleaning sprays ,washing up liquid ect , as we made brekkie on our second morning , there was some coffee sachets and tea which was a lovely touch and the nespresso machine was great .The apartment was very quiet (the other properties on either side were empty ).The stairs was great exercise but the top floor bedroom on the 3rd floor was worth it for the view at night time , fabulous !!! Location wise it's in the diamond jewellery quarters with some lovely pubs and cafes , although we ubered into the city centre on our nights out , location wise it's not far and we did walk into the Bullring from there , only about 20 mins ( and we're slow walkers ! ) so I'm sure if we had longer we'd have explored more . The Apartment was easy to find and the keys , rubbish ect all very straightforward and fabulous comfortable beds , I'll definitely definitely ,be back

Nothing really only was a bit anxious when I didn't know which apartment was ours as there was 3 keyboxes but obviously the code only opens one so maybe that's standard
