Sydenham Place - Birmingham City Centre Jewellery Quarter - A Trio of Premium High End Town/Penthouses - 4 Bedrooms & Secure EV Parking

Modern finish, four large bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional toilet. Good facilities in the kitchen, coffee machine and ice in the freezer. We were let down by another property at the very last minute and booking.com arranged this apartment as an alternative. Really happy with the facilities and good communication between the property owner at short notice as well as booking.com

Parking space for the apartments are a bit difficult to get into and no clear process for when others park in the assigned space for the apartment.

The worst customer service I have come across. Please watch out with this place, do not book or they will keep you deposit without valid reason, then blame you

The location and general property was great.

Some maintenance issues that were left unchecked. The bath had a significant leak the first day, but the owners did fix it immediately which was good. The neighbouring properties allow guests who have large groups of house parties which went on throughout the night which was no fault of this property but did definitely effect our stay.

The house is in a good standard, kitchen and living room on separate floor from the rooms. Each room has its own privacy. Rooms in very good condition and bathrooms too look very good. Kitchen is comfortable fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher and induction hobs and oven which is great when you want to cook during your stay. Supermarket is close buy some food and things for your stay. One road up there are a few nice restaurants and Jewelry quarter station is 5 minutes walk. Parking is available and is within a gated parking which of course is a bonus if you drive there. Communication with admin is very good and always willing to help so overall it was a happy stay.

Cannot complain for anything as overall stay was good. Some suggestions would be to include maybe a small bottle or soap for shower, it is a bonus. One of the beds the mattress is not good which informed the reception suggesting to have a look at it.

The location was fine. It was very spacious. Host responded to our complaints.

There were no foot mats in the bathrooms even after we requested for them. The carpets were stained, kitchen not very clean. Bigger pots would have been nice

Fabulous spacious whole house in a secure gated compound. Everything you need.

Would be getting a 10 rating but mattresses just a little uncomfortable, could feel springs. If this was fixed would be perfect score. Be aware that a refundable deposit must be paid, which is understandable. Refunded to us a couple of days later.
