A couple of the electricity sockets didn't work.

Spacious 4-bedroom house across 4 floors with plenty of privacy if you travel with work colleagues. Very quiet at night and about 20 min walk to Birmingham New Street train station, mostly down hill. Well fitted kitchen with new appliances. Clean and spacious bathrooms too. A few restaurants and a Tesco nearby.

Rooms were lovely and spacious.

The apartment was a very well presented modern furnished house, that was also very clean and in a great location. The beds where super comfy was only here for 3 night but didn’t want to leave, parking was ideal but only for a car I’d say not if you had a van

Not the property’s fault but I think it’s worth mentioning that it’s in the clean air zone so if you don’t have an up to date vehicle you will be charged daily like ulez

They had broken table vase in the house and was made to pay for £200 it. They claimed we broke it.

We booked 2 apartment totallling over £1300 for 2 nights. 1. it was not clear a security deposit was required in order to check in. A total of £500. £250 per apartment. 2. The apartment was dirty. Walls were stained. Bathrooms dusty. 3. Showers in apartment leaking. 4. Dining chairs all stained, dirty and damaged. The cleaner even agree the chairs were dirty from before. The owners are keeping £300 from my deposit for this.daylight robbery and appalling behaviour. 5. Dishwasher leaking. 6. Would have at least expected Dishwasher tablets. 7. Hoover not working properly. Cheap electric heating. Apartment finished to a low standards (I'm a property developer). Also 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms not sufficient. Lots of waste of space. Badly designed apartment. Oven/microwave difficult to use. Don't waste your time or money.
