Whitmore House By RMR Accommodations - Newly Refurbed - Modern - Parking - Central

The property was perfect for our needs. On arrival we did have issues with the entry system but this was quickly sorted with the help of the lady who luckily was finishing off preparing the accommodation. The system worked perfectly well the rest of the week. All the rooms were clean and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable, bedding and towels were clean. Property had all the facilities required for a short stay. It was good value for money although in the end only 2 of us stayed. The location was amazing for the purpose of our visit, Etruria canal festival and visits to the potteries. Parking was on street but this was never an issue even if you couldn't park directly outside the property.

Stairs are fairly steep and could benefit from a second banister.

Comfortable two rooms, good for families with kids

There was no tea, coffee or sugar. You could hear the neighbors behind the wall and their little baby.

Close by the station and also by the conference centre we were visiting. Simply and well-furnished. Extremely clean.

The road is not the cleanest -- not the owner's fault!

The bed’s condition is very bad. All the bedsheets and pillows cover are super old

Clean and tidy, great facilities. Comfy beds. It was easy to control temperature. Located near corner shops and not too far from Central Hanley.

Easy to access. Everything was clean. Kitchen had everything needed. Bedrooms decent sizes with beds. Sofa used as extra bed which was fine. Close to alton towers where we were heading so perfect location. Lots of local shops nearby. Thank you for a great stay - the kids loved it, especially the TVs in their rooms.
