Clean and not cluttered

Out of date coffee by 1 year, couldn't get tv to work.

Location was ok

The stairs were a death trap the bathroom was downstairs no toiletries available to shower tv does not work very expensive for what it was

Was very close to town center

Didn’t have anything to not like. Needs a toilet brush for bathroom and wasn’t any dish liquid. Other than that I was happy

Space... Quite Modern and Host was prompt

Stairs very very steep Granddaughter fell down them.. check out 10am on a Sunday Check in after 4pm so not a lot of time.. Towels had bleach stains no tea towels no toilet roll in need of TLC in areas

The property was generally clean, reasonably priced and well placed for the venue we were attending.

Although clean, the property had some niggles for a place advertised as "newly refurbished" chipped cupboards & coffee table, unaligned kitchen cupboard, broken shower rail & unaligned cubicle door (couldn't open one side) very very steep stairs that would not meet current building regs. No CO2 monitor for the boiler (I believe this is law for rental properties) The boiler is housed in a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms - open it and it falls towards you this would be a hazzard for children. We stayed on Nov 5th and the fireworks thrown over the back alley were a little scary - no fault of the property owner obviously.

The beds were comfortable, and the location was brilliant. It was close to Alton Towers, and there was plenty of choice in terms of takeaway or restaurants for supper. The host called me as soon as there was a problem and kept in contact with me.

The cleaner forgot to clean the fridge and oven. There were no cleaning suplies there (cloths, sponge, anti bac spray). We were only there for a night, so it wasn't a massive issue.
