Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and even cooking oil was a huge surprise. TVs in every single room. Clean and comfortable furniture. Although crowdy, very quiet sleeping area.

It was expected to have a rubbish bin in every room (wasn't) and some rubbish left from previous tenants (though not the most excellent star for cleanliness, but rated 9). Area is very limited with parking next to door, so we left the car next to the property, but still in our sight.

Wonderful modern decor, comfortable beds and tvs in the bedrooms. Tea and coffee supplied, as was a sponge, washing up liquid and in the bathroom hand soap. Beds were clean and made up ready for our arrival.

We cannot fault it. We will rebook in the future when we visit the family in stoke again. Well recommended .
